I was returning to the Boudl Buraydah after such a pleasurable experience the first time I stayed. The BEST thing about the hotel was the staff who are exceptional. I would like to thank the hard working staff such as Manar, Belal, Man, Rapi and off-course the Hotel manager Ahmed. The hotel is in a great location very close to a supermarket and various places to eat and drink. I have travelled many places in the Kingdom and I must say the Boudl Buraydah Hotel is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone travelling for work or pleasure.

I have travelled many places in the Kingdom for work and I must say I was very impressed with this hotel. The manager Ahmed was excellent from the moment I arrived, he kindly showed me the facilities and made it very personal. He explained facilities and timings. He gave me the confidence that nothing was to much trouble. He was quite brilliant. The rest of the staff from the cleaners to Fatima on reception were professional and hardworking. The professional standards were high from all staff. Excellent service.

What I like about Boudl Buraydah was that the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean. You can really relax and feel at home. The receptionist is very friendly. I forgot the name of the receptionist, and also, since I'm Filipino, i didn't have a hard time communicating with them since all of them know how to speak English fluently. But all.in all I was, happy and satisfied with their service. Big thanks to Mr. Ahmed. I am looking forward to coming again with the big set of friends.

The apartment was well maintained and spotless clean. They provided good amenities. The beds were comfortable. The hotel also has a childrens pool but we didnt get the chance to try it out!
